This large vase has been thrown, formed and decorated with a copper oxide slip. The vase was then biscuit fired before being exposed to the elements of the wood kiln’s firebox pit. After the wood firing the vase was then glazed and fired in the gas kiln.

The outcome is a subtle, textured, jewel like Vase. Approx. H 26 x 20cm
